13 in 13 Challenge & Goals

I am taking on the 13 in 13 challenge being put on by Jill Conyers at Fitness, Health & Happiness.   You can do 13 races of any distance in 2013 which was definitely more up my alley then 13 13.1s or 13 26.2s.

First on the First 5K  (pacer) 44:15 (14:17/mile)
Resolution Run 5K 35:48 (11:34/mile)
Goofy & a Half Challenge combined - 8:18
St. Patrick's Day 4 Miler (pacer) 58 minutes
Jelly Bean Virtual Race 10K 1:05
Scioto Miles Training Series 15K (pacer) 2:15
ORRRC Half Marathon - 2:14:25 (10:16/mile)
Nike Women's Half Marathon (2:18)
Flying Pig Full Marathon (4:57:30)
Field of Heroes 5K
Relay Around Columbus
Dash for Donation
Wineglass Half Marathon
Columbus Full Marathon (?)

This list, obviously, is ever-evolving as witnessed by my 2012 races.  Check this space for updates!

Goals:
To enjoy the race more and not always worry about the PR
Walk, run, or bike more than 2,100 miles this year
Find out more about instructing spin & sign up for a class to become an instructor
Continue to maintain weight loss and lose that last 10 lbs
Get back to core workouts - TRX, BodyPump and Sunday's with Marie @ FF
More yoga! I let this slip during marathon & Goofy season - no more!
